Frameworks and How to Appoint

We are proud to be on a number of frameworks for individual clients across the UK

We work with clients in both the private and public sector.

In addition to direct appointments, we are involved with OJEU and public sector compliant procurement strategies.

Our roots are based in providing high-quality services to clients in the private and public sector. As such we understand the processes and procedures that many organisations must follow to ensure objective appointment criteria for our services. We are happy to use our own appointment documentation or review and agree client proposed appointment documentation for our services.
As Capital continues to broaden its client base, this expansion brings the opportunity to increase the number of commercial frameworks that we can provide our services through.
We have a number of OJEU compliant frameworks that we can be appointed under currently.

 

OUR FRAMEWORKS INCLUDE:

LHC

The Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services Framework (The MDC1 framework) is the first framework of its kind to have been provided by LHC to the London and South East region.

The term of the framework is from 11th January 2022 – 10th January 2028. However, individual call off projects can be completed beyond the six-year duration of the framework as long as a contract is in place prior to the framework expiry date.

Bloom

We are an accredited Bloom supplier. Delivering the Nepro neutral vendor solution, NEPRO is the faster, compliant alternative to traditional public sector frameworks for specialist professional services and consultancy.

Bloom are able to offer buyers a choice from a wide range of large and small suppliers on a flexible and collaborative basis. Other benefits include: free to use for client organisations, clients can either direct award or run mini-competitions, and the supplier accreditation process ensures all standard documentation is delivered

Fusion 21

This framework provides a full range of consultancy services suited to construction, property and built environment.

The term of the framework is from 20th September 2021 – 19th September 2025. Flexible approaches to call off without reopening competition – Direct Award (with or without Negotiation) and Single Stage Further Competition.
