180 Stratford High Street – ACM & EWI Cladding Replacement

Capital were commissioned by Savills, on behalf of Aberdeen UK Property Fund to manage the delivery of an ACM & EWI cladding replacement scheme to 3.No blocks Athena Court, and its two wings, Apollo Court and Aphrodite Court.
& EWI cladding replacement scheme to 3.No blocks of resident flats at 180 Stratford High Street.

Dairy Close – ACM Cladding Replacement

Capital were commissioned by London & Quadrant to manage the delivery of an ACM cladding replacement scheme to 5.No blocks of flats in Parsons Green, South West London.

Vida House – Common Area Refurbishment & Essential Works

Vida House is a high-end residential block in south London. The building was converted from offices to residential. The common areas were tired and in need of upgrading to reflect the high-end nature of the building.

Summit House – Residential Refurbishment

Capital were appointed by DR Real Estate SA to undertake a high end refurbishment of the residential flats that were contained with site boundary of Summit House.
