Drawing on its experience in the education sector, Capital PCC phased design and procurement activities to ensure smooth delivery within a live school. Early engagement with college governors aligned design priorities with institutional goals, while cost consultancy and programme planning supported informed decision-making.
Close coordination between architectural and structural design teams ensured ambitions were achievable within budget and site constraints, without compromising quality or compliance through all RIBA Stages. The project is now in Stage 5 (construction) with an anticipated completing date to be end of July 2026, ready to be in use for the new school year.
Once complete, the project will deliver future-ready, high-quality educational facilities that support the college’s vision for a safe, modern, and sustainable residential estate.
