Capital was commissioned by Barnet Homes to manage the delivery of a combustible decking & cladding replacement scheme to 8. No estates across its housing portfolio comprising of general needs and sheltered housing schemes.

FRA 2022 – Reactive Programme Works

London Borough of Enfield commissioned Capital to put forward a proposal to reduce the number of active Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions, to reduce the level of risk to the authority in the event of a major incident occurring.

Kennington Park Square – ACM, Timber & EWI Cladding Replacement Scheme

Capital were commissioned by Urang Property Management Ltd on behalf of Kennington Park Square RMT Company Ltd to manage the delivery of an Aluminium, Timber & EWI cladding replacement scheme to 5.No blocks of residential flats in Kennington, London.

Grampian House – Major Refurbishment Works

Capital were commissioned by the London and Quadrant Housing Trust to act as lead consultant to manage the pre contract tender process, for major external and internal refurbishment works project to Grampian House 25 storey residential tower block, situated within the confines of North Mall Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, North London.

180 Stratford High Street – ACM & EWI Cladding Replacement

Capital were commissioned by Savills, on behalf of Aberdeen UK Property Fund to manage the delivery of an ACM & EWI cladding replacement scheme to 3.No blocks Athena Court, and its two wings, Apollo Court and Aphrodite Court.
& EWI cladding replacement scheme to 3.No blocks of resident flats at 180 Stratford High Street.

Adair and Hazlewood House – Cladding Replacement and External Improvements

Capital were appointed by The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) to provide design services from RIBA Stage 2 for the re-cladding and associated works at Adair and Hazelwood Towers.

East Kent Housing – Fire Compliance Reports

Capital were appointed by East Kent Housing to assess the suitability and condition of their existing Active Fire Detection and Fire Protective Systems to 6.No high-rise blocks in Ramsgate and Margate.

St Marys Church House & Slade Tower – Retrofit Sprinkler Project

Capital were commissioned by L&Q to design and manage their first retrofit sprinkler installation project to a sheltered housing block / resident care home (31 units) in Walthamstow and a high-rise tower block (42 units) in Leighton, East London.

Sprinkler Programme – Design & Specification to 58 Care Homes

Following the successful completion of L&Q’s pilot retrofit sprinkler installation project, Capital were commissioned to undertake feasibility reports, designs and specifications to retrofit sprinklers to 58 No. Care Homes across London and the South East.

Walbrook House – Stripping of Existing HPL Cladding

Capital were appointed by Enfield Council to manage the Phase 1, stripping of the existing HPL cladding panels to Walbrook House and for providing an Option Appraisal Report in respect of the proposed design solution for reinstatement.

Chalcots Estate – Fire Compliance Works

Capital were commissioned by the London Borough of Camden to manage the compliance process and documentation for the fire upgrade works to 5.No high blocks of flats in Swiss Cottage, North London.

Dairy Close – ACM Cladding Replacement

Capital were commissioned by London & Quadrant to manage the delivery of an ACM cladding replacement scheme to 5.No blocks of flats in Parsons Green, South West London.

Whitefield Estate – Decladding Works

Capital were commissioned by Barnet Homes to manage the delivery for a cladding removal scheme to the 3 blocks located on the Whitefield’s Estate near Brent Cross.

Clyde & Dartmouth – ACM & Shiplap Cladding Replacement Works

Capital were commissioned by London & Quadrant to manage the delivery of an ACM & Timber Shiplap cladding replacement scheme to 2.No blocks of flats in Forest Hill, South East London.

Kilburn Square – Regeneration & Passive Fire Safety Works

Capital were commissioned by Brent Council to carry out a detailed survey of the block and prepare a feasibility report to include new heating renewal options, external over cladding options, structural repairs, fire compartmentation, lift replacement, door entry replacement, renewal of internal services and new fire alarm systems.

Vida House – Cladding Replacement Project

Capital were commissioned by Way of Life Management Ltd on behalf of WOL (London) LLP to manage the delivery for a cladding replacement scheme to Vida House Building.

London & Quadrant – Cladding Investigations and BSF Cladding Remediation

Capital were appointed by London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) to lead the applications for Private and Social funding for cladding remediation through the Building Safety Fund (BSF).

Elephant Central – Cladding Remediation Works

Capital were commissioned by Get Living to manage the full pre-construction and construction phases for the replacement of non-compliant cladding and balcony decking on three blocks at Elephant Central, ensuring compliance with safety regulations under the Building Safety Act through detailed technical validation, cost management, and regulatory submissions.

Olympic Village Stratford – BSF Cladding Remediation Project

Capital were commissioned by East Village Management Limited on behalf of Savills (UK) to manage the delivery and Building Safety Fund application for cladding remediation works to Samaras Mansions, Asterid Heights, Lunaria House, & Festuca House at East Village, Stratford.

Royal Artillery Quays – EWI BSF Cladding Replacement Project

Capital were commissioned by Rendell & Rittner on behalf of Homeground and E&M to manage the delivery and Building Safety Fund application for an EWI cladding replacement scheme to 8.No blocks of residential flats at Royal Artillery Quays in Greenwich, London.

Exeter House – Cladding Replacement Project

Capital was commissioned by London & Quadrant Housing Trust to manage all stages of the Building Safety Fund application for the replacement of combustible HPL cladding at Exeter House

New Haddo Estate Greenwich – Aluminium , EWI & Timber Cladding Replacement Project

Capital were commissioned by Premiere Estates Limited on behalf of E&J Estates Limited to manage the Building Safety Fund and subsequent remediation scheme to 8no. residential blocks in South East London. The scope of the works included External Wall Insulation, Aluminium Cladding and Spandrel Panels and exposed timber balconies.

The Library Building – BSF Cladding Remediation Project

Capital was commissioned by managing agents, Rendell & Rittner on behalf of the clients, Cathedral Clapham Ltd to manage all stages of the Building Safety Fund application for the replacement of combustible insulation contained within the original curved facades at the Library Building to Panoramic Tower.

Green Dragon House – BSF Cladding Remediation Project

Capital was commissioned by Managing Agents, Rendell & Rittner on behalf of the client, Ishguard Limited to manage all stages of the Building Safety Fund application for the replacement of combustible metal cladding. Green Dragon House is located in the centre of Croydon and is formed of two blocks (7 and 11 Storeys) with an interconnecting walkway.

Capital was commissioned by managing agents, Rendell & Rittner on behalf of the client, Ixia (East Road) Management Company to manage all stages of the Building Safety Fund application for the replacement of combustible External Wall Insulation and Aluminium Cladding at The Spectrum Buildings

Blocks in Barnet – Fire Compliance Works

Realising that a number of their residential blocks would not meet current standards and building regulations with regards to fire integrity, Barnet Homes assembled a team of architects, M&E consultants and Fire Engineers to survey their properties and make comprehensive recommendations for rectification works and achieve compliance.

Nobel House – EWS1

Capital worked with our Fire and Façade Engineers to ensure investigations to complex junctions of the various wall types were taken into consideration and carefully investigated and reported.
