Originally established to serve North London Boroughs, our work with the public sector is long-standing.

Since our inception, our service has grown to encompass multi-disciplinary services across a number of local authorities, ALMO’s, registered social landlords (RSL’s) and housing associations in London and the South East.

We are at the forefront of sustainable design solutions for new build residential schemes, working with local authorities to make the Government’s net-zero emissions target a reality.

Our works in the public realm are delivered through a number of OJEU-compliant frameworks, all led by directors with experience of working directly for Local Authorities.

We are proud to be delivering the first post-Grenfell Cladding Remediation scheme for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Projects

Watling Gardens – EWI / ECO Scheme

Capital were commissioned by Brent Housing Partnership to manage the delivery of a British Gas funded Eco Scheme to 3 high rise tower blocks in Kilburn.

Enfield North – External Enveloping

Capital has been commissioned to undertake external envelope repairs to 8 social housing blocks located in the northern part of the London Borough of Enfield.

Midland Road – New Build Residential Development

Medesham Homes is a Joint Venture partnership between equal partners Peterborough City Council and prominent local housing association, Cross Keys Homes.

Walbrook House – Stripping of Existing HPL Cladding

Capital were appointed by Enfield Council to manage the Phase 1, stripping of the existing HPL cladding panels to Walbrook House and for providing an Option Appraisal Report in respect of the proposed design solution for reinstatement.

Central Somers Town / Edith Neville School – Development

Capital was commissioned by the London Borough of Camden to act as Employers Agent for re-building of Edith Neville Primary School and a new residential block and children’s centre.

Exeter Road Retrofit Project – EWI / RHI

Capital were commissioned to undertake the external wall insulation and associated works and a district heating project using ground source heat pump technology to four Tower Blocks in Exeter Road Enfield.
