Capital Awarded Investors In People Accreditation

Capital are pleased to announce they have received Accreditation from Investors in People.

Capital applied for an Investors in People (IIP) Assessment in 2016 to help the organisation achieve its growth ambitions. This IIP Assessment took place between July and September 2016 and involved all of the team.

Capital was assessed against nine Indicators which make up the Investors in People Framework. In order to be accredited, the organisation must meet the minimum level of performance, Developed, for each of the nine Indicators. Capital is commended on achieving Developed level for all nine indicators with two at Established level.

IIP South of England would therefore like to congratulate Capital on achieving their first Investors in People Accreditation valid from September 2016 to September 2019. IIP commented;

“…..work is well-structured at Capital. Policies and procedures are constantly being put in place and are followed rigorously. People behave in a professional way and are entrusted with a lot of responsibility. Continuous improvement is a high priority for Capital. Personal development is supported, e.g. financial and mentoring support is given to people working towards sector qualifications, and external sources are used to provide training. The founders are working on a business plan and business development plan. Expert business advice has been brought in through a coach/advisor”
