Within Capital we have a combination of fully qualified Building Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, Project Managers and graduate trainees working towards their professional qualifications.
We operate RICS approved graduate structured training programmes for our Building Surveyors and apply a similar RIBA model for our Architects. Our success rate for supporting Building Surveyors through their Assessment of Professional Competence with the RICS is 100%. We also offer support to our clients’ technical staff through work experience to achieve their competencies under the APC process as well as training for their final assessments.
In addition to the above we hold regular CPD sessions, not only on technical matters but also on subjects such as client care, health and safety matters, ISO compliance and client funding opportunities (e.g. Eco funding and Green Deal funding).
These CPD sessions are tailored to suit your individual experience level and will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to serve our clients efficiently and effectively.
Development, advice and guidance are available through one-to-ones and the support of Directors throughout your Assessment of Professional Competence.
