The health and wellbeing of our people is of utmost importance to us.

Through a number of benefits linked to health, workplace initiatives and training, we have made a commitment to maintaining employee wellbeing, which includes both physical and mental health. We ensure that all employees are aware of the range of support available to them, and of our commitment to supporting their individual needs.

We know that employee wellbeing and performance are inextricably linked. Improving an employee’s ability to handle pressure and balance work and home life will lead to improved performance for the individual and the company as a whole.

To help you monitor your own wellbeing, a comprehensive annual health check provides valuable insights into your current state of health.
This includes tests for diabetes, iron, cholesterol and inflammation, as well as kidney and liver function.
