Capital’s design for sustainable homes in a Conservation Area in Enfield required close liaison with the Planners, the Conservation Officer and a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.

As the site was in a conservation area and originally had a Chapel linked to the cemetery, the planners advised that permission was only going to be granted to properties with period features.
