Development Properties, Enfield & Hackney – Flat Conversions

Capital was commissioned to Design and Project Manage the conversion three large Victorian terrace properties in the north London Boroughs of Enfield and Hackney.
Contract Value:
The conversions were agreed with the client to suit the client’s preferred occupancy numbers against their waiting lists, to maximise the rental potential income and disposal values.

Capital initially undertook a detailed Feasibility Study of each property before considering design options and providing detailed layouts and costed appraisals for alterations.

The project is for property conversion, internal re-modelling, repairs and re-decoration, window replacement, door replacement, structural repairs, external fabric repairs, landscaping of the front and rear garden areas and site works.

The Designs agreed with the client were prepared with reference to the Mayor of London’s, London housing design Guide and Lifetimes Homes standards.

Capital is currently working on the planning application and detailed design stage.
