Capital commissioned and worked with Planning Consultant Metropolis to assess the site’s potential.
Capital split the scheme into a number of phases: Phase 1 external / internal refurbishment of the existing 4 tower blocks and low rise block; Phase 2 – demolition of the concrete garages between the housing blocks to free up available space for development; Phase 3 – New build development of social housing properties.
Capital have completed the detailed design of phase 1 the tower block refurbishment which is now out to tender.
Capital is working on Feasibility Studies for the next phases.
