Capital was commissioned by London & Quadrant Housing Trust to manage all stages of the Building Safety Fund application for the replacement of combustible HPL cladding at Exeter House.

Our designs were developed, in tandem, with third party fire engineers and approved inspectors. The project was procured via a tender two stage Design and Build approach. The contractors are engaged via a pre-construction services agreement to work closely with the design team to develop and agree the design solution and contract sum to take forward to the BSF application. an EWS1 form on completion of the remediation works.
Planning Permission was achieved via a full plans planning application submission and Building Regulation approval via an Approved Inspector. The project started on site in May 2022 and complete by May 2023.
