The project was delivered within the budget and agreed timeframe and was backed up with monthly highlight reports and regular meetings which always provides excellent assurance. There were no complaints during the works, and they had excellent relations with both the residents and the project team. I would like to say we have been working with Capital over the last 10 years on various projects and have always been impressed with their detail in delivering a project.
