Capital PCC is delivering a three-year programme of intrusive investigations and PAS 9980-compliant FRAEWs across Haringey’s housing portfolio, providing vital data for Building Safety Act compliance, EWS1 forms, and safer homes through a phased, risk-based approach.
Capital PCC were appointed by the London Borough of Haringey following a competitive tender via the London Construction Programme. The project involves delivering intrusive investigations and PAS 9980-compliant Fire Risk Assessments for External Wall Systems (FRAEW) across the borough’s housing portfolio.
The programme encompasses Haringey’s high-rise, medium-rise, and low-rise stock of blocks of flats, varying significantly in design and construction methods. The critical insights gathered from this work will support Haringey’s compliance with the Building Safety Act and contribute to the completion of their Building Safety Case reports. Capital PCC’s appointment reflects its proven track record, having successfully completed over 200 medium- and high-rise building projects for both public and private sector clients. Our dedicated Fire Engineering Division and in-house investigations team bring unrivalled expertise to this project.
