Drawing funds from the sale of former council-owned homes, the not-for-profit partnership’s focus is to provide homes for affordable rent to help ease the demand on housing services across the city.
These homes in Midland Road are going some way towards addressing the shortage of affordable properties in the local area.
Capital are providing Employers Agent and Cost Consultant Services to Medesham Homes and the project is expected to complete late 2018, with the first homes ready for people to move into this Autumn.
