Capital was commissioned by The London Borough of Camden (LBC) to undertake measured surveys and the preparation of plan layout drawings for 15 residential dwelling blocks to provide Premises Information Box (Fire Safety) records.
Following a number of coordination meetings Capital were provided with the full address list for the various blocks and developed a master spreadsheet highlighting all the blocks and geographic areas.
Capital’s Director, Richard O`Reilly, developed a programme for the delivery, based upon geographic area and LBC priority. The works started during the winter of 2020 when COVID was at its peak. We developed key processes to keep both our staff and members of the public safe during our inspections, particularly where we had to obtain internal access.

We had a dedicated, internal team, working around Camden over a period of three months undertaking inspections. A separate team working remotely, from home, drawing up the plan to the National Fire Chiefs Code of Practice.
Despite access issues and changes to COVID plans, the programme was largely delivered on time and fully met the client’s requirements
