The Capital team were tasked with undertaking investigations to eight modern high-rise blocks located on the banks of the Thames. Our client needed investigations and reports to support their bid for the Building Safety Fund.

The team liaised with the client’s housing team and utilised state of the art access machinery along with their dedicated skilled operatives to ensure that the client was furnished with comprehensive reports to accompany the BSF bid being submitted by the Capital Project Management team.

Heading up the team, Dave Clarke says “Being in possession of reports in a timely fashion is imperative to ensuring that project deadlines are met. Without this unique in-house capability certain clients would be unable to meet their expectations.”
