Capital was appointed by the University of Westminster (UoW) to project manage the refurbishment of 42 classrooms as part of their five year future classrooms refurbishment programme.
UoW is dedicated to ensuring the future growth of the University and upholding its reputation by providing students with modern and outstanding teaching facilities. The works were split over four campuses in central London (New Cavendish St, Little Titchfield St, Marylebone and Regents St), and a fifth campus located in Harrow.
Capital was appointed as the Employers Agent and Project Manager and was tasked with completing the works during the University’s summer holiday. UoW initially contacted Capital as they were concerned about the volume of work to be carried out within a tight programme.
