Building Safety Act Compliance

Capital provides comprehensive Structural Safety Reports (SSR), offering full assessment of structural risks and helping you maintain compliance with the UK Building Safety Act.

We have the technical knowledge, qualifications and experience required to manage and deliver your SSR ready for the Building Safety Regulator.

Speak to us today about keeping your building occupants safe and your organisation compliant.

Structural Safety Reports are a core element of new UK building safety legislation. Each report must be submitted by a competent person, such as a Structural Engineer, and must include detailed information on design, construction and ongoing monitoring and maintenance procedures.

In addition, your SSR must include assessments of your building’s structural safety and the risks of potential defects, as well as confirmation that you are compliant with the relevant building regulations.

Our team of professionally qualified property and construction consultants are uniquely equipped to apply specialised engineering, risk management and legislative expertise. Speak to us today to ensure your SSR is managed and maintained in accordance with The Building Safety Act.

Why choose Capital for your SSR?

Capital has a long track record of providing consultation on structural safety, building regulations and property management for residential and commercial premises. We combine all the relevant qualifications and technical knowledge with risk management expertise to deliver an SSR service that gives you total peace of mind.
